Dent on car and dirty

Timely pickup and delivery. BUT car was delivered with a dent on the roof and after 30 days I still have no clue when am I going to get the dent fixed when I was told the vehicle is covered under bumper-to-bumper insurance. No contact initiated from carrier. I am still sending emails and making phone calls to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this carrier to anyone.
Customer service is very laidback. So if you have trouble like I do, good luck!!! Finally I have to write a review assuming I am never going to get paid for the damages. Also writing to Better Business Bureau since this carrier is a member of BBB with a good standing record.

AA-Automovers did not transport Yogesh's vehicle. We have contacted the carrier that did. Initial inspection report shows that the dent existed prior to pickup. His transport company also states that Yogesh has never contacted them regarding the dent and AA-Automovers' CS rep reports that the customer has admitted that the dent existed prior to pickup and transport. This claim is completely false.
