I suggest you take my name off of this review site. You are totally violating the privacy law. You are LIARS. I did read the contract and before I signed the contract I specifically told Rob that the pick up window is my biggest concern. I had other companies who were willing to work with me but I decided to choose this company and BECAUSE Rob told me that the pick up window issue will be resolved by putting a comment: "Customer request pick up date 10/2/2010." He definitely misled me at least if not lied. You guys need to tell the FULL story if you are going to give a rebuttal. I guess all of the other complaints on this site are all the customers fault as well. Tell Rob to check his email when he comes in. We are formally canceling our order.
