Lack of communication

This company did not inform of problems found at the site of the pickup of the vehicle. These problems were unknown to me at the time i ordered the pickup. The vehicle was not picked up and I was not notified of the problem. I then found another company who would work with me and have not received a refund yet for the innitial booking. This is a good example of how a bad broker can screw up things for you.

Talk about no communication! It was Mr. Magill's responsibility to know the condition of the car he bought and communicate the condition when he contracted to have it picked up - it had no steering wheel and 2 flat tires. It was his responsibility to communicate the vehicle condition to us so we could have it dispatched accordingly. It was discovered when the carrier we provided for him could not load the vehicle because of the vehicle condition. It is the customer's responsibility to accurately describe the vehicle to be shipped. We don't see the vehicle or know anything about it other than what the customer tells us. He was notified when we were notified.
