Initial contact was great and credit info traded. After that, nothing. Contact was never made with the pickup person in FL despite the fact that the pickup individual was entirely homebound and has a companion with a cell number. No calls were made-no pickup. At my end, repeated attempts to contact George went unanswered. I am currently contacting NJ DOT to report this carrier.

Our customer service department has contacted Ms. Reischer. Her window of pickup is 3/30-4/10 and we have just begun to work on her shipment. She now understands her order better, knows she has not yet been charged our fee and will not be charged until her shipment is assigned. She agreed to remove this review after Passover.
