WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN

HORRID experience start to finish.
Spoke with Ed on 7/9/10 to get truck picked up, he gave me quote and said it would take about 2-3 days to get truck to CA (unless there were unforseen problems with driver or truck). We paid deposit of $225 to AA movers and $1085 to the actual trucking company doing the transport.
Ed Wagner told me that carrier would call the day they were picking up the truck to give a 2 hours window. On 7/12/10 we get a call from the driver saying he is 30 mins away. We had to leave work and rush home and he was waiting when we got there with a bad attitude about us not being there waiting for him. I emailed Ed to see why no one called us with a 2 hour window as promised - no response. I call on 7/14/10 and speak with AJ the customer service supervisor at AA Auto Movers to ask if we were going to be getting a call the next day with a window when truck would be dropped off. He informed me that the truck wasnt suppose to be delivered until 7/23/10 which is a full 2 weeks after the date they picked up the truck. AJ said he would speak to Ed and ask why he told us 2-3 days, and that he would check with the carrier to confirm that they would call with a 2 hour window when dropping off. I never heard from anyone at AA movers again. When I called AJ back on 7/20/10 he was rude, he talked himself in circles saying one moment that he was suppose to check into things and get back to me, and the next minute that he didnt want to have anything to do with the situation and he finally ended the call giving me the truck carrier's phone number and saying "they have your truck deal with them". HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and will NEVER EVER use this company again. In the process of filing a cliam with the BBB on this company. Also its 7/21/10 and still not truck !!!! TERRIBLE !!!
