I contacted this company on Friday, 1-5-10 to have my car transported back to California. I had used them before and decided to use again. This morning, 1-11-10, spoke to Mike to confirm credit card information and again verified (verbally) that the move was for 1-21-10. He stated he would call back with the carrier information so I could contact them to obtain a time for pick-up. Approximately 3 hours later a transport carrier arrives to pick up the car. I explained that the pick up date was for 1-21-10. Some supervisor contacted me from AA and was extreemly rude and ugly and told me it was my fault for not reading the paperwork. I then contacted Mike who acted completely oblivious to our conversation and told me I should read my paperwork before I sign. They refused to acknowledge their error and refused to locate another carrier unless I paid them another $200 down payment. This is by far the worst customer service and company employees I have ever dealth with. It is truly ashame that this is how a company does business and its employees behave in such a horrible manner.

Monica Thurman auhorized vehicle pickup for 1/11 - 1/13 and we provided a carrier for pickup on 1/11 as she authorized. Her pickup contacted refused to release the vehicle. When she spoke with our dispatcher, she said she signed the papers and sent them back without reading them. It is Ms. Thurmond who made an error.
