We were told 20 minutes before the car was to be picked that the drive was there. We were unable to get the keys to the car at that time. We were told by the driver he would reschedule. AA-Automovers immediately deducted $225.00 from my account. It has been 2 weeks now and we have not had anyone contact us on the car. I called Michelle at AA-Automovers and explained the situation and she informed me I could place another order but it would cost another $225.00 for them to do this. I explained her contract stated the driver would call 6 to 24 hours in advance and that he called 20 minutes before he arrived. She said she does not control the drivers but would order me another pick up if I would place another order. I told her I was completly upset with that answer and since I worked for a nationwide company I would make sure all of our employees are aware of how this company handles it's customers...

We contacted Mr. Potter’s transport company to research his statements. Actually, the driver made an appointment with the origin customer the night before the attempted pickup. So the origin customer had over 12 hours advance notice and he made an appointment - he was not given just 20 minutes notice. When the driver attempted to pick up the vehicle the next day as agreed the previous day, he was refused because the origin didn’t have the keys. The origin customer was given more than the minimum advanced notice. The statements in this review are in error.
