This had to of been the worst experience i have ever dealt with for any sort of company. I am very surprised they are still in business they way i was treated. I signed up for there platinum service to get the car to me faster. They supposedly found a trucker for me, but with the info given to me i was not able to contact this trucker and they did not return any messages. When contacting AA Automovers about my problem, i was put on hold many times, twice hung up on, and asked what they were doing to resolve my problem they said they could refund my money that they were not supposed to have charged to my card anyway. This hole situation will set me back at least a week and a half getting my car. Any and all would be wear of the rude customer service and there lack to get any sort of situation resolved. I am not one to normally complain about services but never have i been treated so poorly that i felt compelled to go out and find a way to warn others about suck behavior

Without exception the statements in this review are untrue. Our fee was charged because we provided a carrier for his shipment. That carrier kicked back the order. The customer was advised that we were reposting and looking for another carrier. That he is frustrated is understandable. However, it is not our fault that the carrier we located accepted then kicked back the order. This review is untrue and unjustified. His down payment has been refunded.
