Vehicle had dents when arrived

Did not do a vehicle condition report or "VCR," upon pick up the transporter should have done this.

So the receiver would not blame damages/dents etc on the shipper. Now I'm in the process of filing a claim against the shipper.

If he just took 2 minutes to properly do a VCR, I would not be in this situation.

First, this negative review is the first we have heard of any problem; we did not transport the car and were not notified of any problem when the vehicle was delivered on 4/19. Second, we have spoken with the owner of the transport company that did transport it and we have a copy of the inspection done at the dealership by the driver when it was picked up. Contrary to the customer’s statements here, an inspection was done at pickup on 4/17. The inspection report shows that the vehicle had ‘minor scratches and dents’ and this report is signed by the dealership employee who released the vehicle to the carrier.
