all was fine until the car was delivered the the address assigned... we inspected the vehicle and all seemed right... the truck driver opened the passenger door... so we werent quite able to notice the backside of the passenger side view mirror. after he left the car was parked in front of the house with passenger side door closed and noticeable.. we noticed that the back part of the housing of the mirror was missing..the mirror was totally intact when it left new york.. we are not happy about this..

We are sorry that this customer is not happy. Had the vehicle been completely inspected upon delivery by their transport company, they would have been able to see any damage that might have occurred in transit rather than while it was parked in front of their house. Customers are advised in writing to do full inspections at pickup and delivery. That they did not inspect their vehicle properly at delivery does not justify giving AA-Automovers a bad review and 0 stars.
