Your team treated me like dirt, I was dismissed and not attended to in the least. The dispatcher, I believe his name was Neil, was more than rude, he has insulting and inflexible. I deal with sales companies all day, in fact I run one, I have never felt so cheated. Your company left me with the impression that you are heartless and not caring.

I made it clear that the car would not be ready till Monday 11/10, I ask for it to be picked up after that day, in fact I got a price cut for waiting two weeks for a pick up. Your company called the very next day 11/6 to tell me the car would be picked up Friday 11/7, when I told then the car would not be ready till Monday, Neil said I had signed a contract saying the car was ready right away, there was no flexibility or help from the over anxious sales man who put the wrong start time in the slot. Also, this "contract" is unclear, I assume Neil was referring to the "bill period" this was not clear to me. Neil went on telling me over and over, ":sorry you signed the contract, nothing we can do" Neil told me it would cost me $200. And he would be happy to find another currier for Monday at the cost of $200. I then scrambled to get the car out of the body shop and ready for the next day. I called back Neil and he told me it was to late, he filled my spot but would still be charging me $200. Then I got a call back from the driver who said he got a cancelation and had room to take my car, Neil then pushed the driver to sign a paper so he could charge me again. The driver refused and agreed with me that your company was being unreasonable and underhanded. By this time had lost all trust in your company and informed my credit card company not to except any more pay request from you. The word that came to my mind, and please forgive me but it was "scumbags". I do not expect to hear back from you on my response, unless this makes it to the owner. I am a company owner and my first priority is costumer satisfaction, I plan to move cars around the country for the rest of my life, and I do not plan on calling you again. Because of Neil and your incompetent sales team. You can laugh this off or really take a look at how you run things, it up to you.

The customer made his vehicle available starting on 11/06/08. We dispatched it for pickup starting 11/07/08. His vehicle was not ready but it is our understanding from his carrier that they did pick it up for him. His statements about us and what transpired are not accurate and it sounds as though he did not understand the process. We are not the villains he has portrayed us to be and the carrier we found for him picked up his car.
