Please Stay Away From!!!

Please stay as far away from this company as you can. After reading reviews here and against my better judgement, I still went ahead and gave this company a chance.

Before signing the contract, I was assured my card will not be charged until after I had spoken with the transport company they found for me. Two days later, I get an email from them saying my cars had been assigned and my card was charged. I looked up the company the got me and they had nothing but bad reviews.

I called AA-Automovers to tell them I wasn't comfortable with the carrier and asked them to find someone else for me. The response I got was "Tough Luck. We are comfortable with them and that's who we are sticking with." Tried to reason with "Neil" that don't I as the customer (who owns the THREE cars) have to be comfortable? That pretty much went on deaf ears. Their contract also gives them a chance to get you...it reads "The customer/shipper agrees and understands that they are hiring AA-Automovers Inc. as an agent on their behalf to locate AN
auto transport company to relocate their vehicle(s)..." because of the very subtle AN in that line, they can refuse to find you someone else and still keep your money.

I really should have known better just from reading some of their response right here on this website that they care very little about their customers.

The carrier they got for me couldn't make the pick-up window and they still refused to find someone else for me or refund my money. Luckily, I used my American Express card and they were able to get me my money back.

Their slogan is "Honest People Helping Honest People" What a joke. If you value your car(s) and your money, please stay away from this company.

The company that ended up transporting my cars (and on time) was a total opposite and a refreshing change from AA-Automovers. I gladly paid them more money to do it too.

Without exception, all of Hakeem Odulate’s statements are lies and American Express has not refunded his money. His language and behavior with our employees was filthy, foul and racist.
