Forget them. They don't pick up or deliver.
Salesperson is persuasive.
They take your deposit and hold the contract hostage.
Don't expect anything but a recorded message after that.

The company, a "broker" posts your car for pick up> They do not drive themselves, but are
a listing company that promises anything but wastes your time.

Transport companies should transport.
When I finally got someone to answer the phone( I pressed a different selection button) it was picked up by a
foul mouthed employee who just about smirked over the phone.

I will check my credit card to see if they refunded my money, since the contract expired and I found someone who really
has a transport truck.

This order was placed by Gloria Jackson. Her statements are blatant lies. After placing her order, she demanded a guaranteed delivery date. We explained that we can not guarantee delivery dates. The pickup window was explained to her. The vehicle was not assigned. She was never charged a fee. There were no promises, excuses or abuse and no one was foul mouthed with her.
