I contracted the move for one amount and was charged a higher amount when I picked up the car. I was never informed of the higher contracted amount. The shipper would not release the car to me for the original amount. AA Movers was not available during the pick up to help address the cost difference, so I had to pay the higher amount to get my car off the truck.
Afterwards, AA Movers would not refund me the difference, even though I did not approved the higher shipping cost.
