GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Initially I spoke with Mark Brinkman in sales. Mark sold me on using them by giving me an unrealistic price to move the vehicle and by promising good customer service. It went downhill from there.
Once they had my contract they were almost impossible to get in contact with. My biggest peave was that they rarely returned my calls and if they did it was often days late. They told me that 1550 was a reasonable price to move the vehicle and that I might end up having to pay 50 or 100 more. They ended up listing it at 1350 and kept 200 for there fee. It never moved at that price and I ended up shelling out an extra 300 for a total of 1850 (1650 for the actual truck company).
I authorized the extra charge because it was evident it was not going anywhere. They had many excuses as to why it was taking so long from drivers death to truck breakdowns and that was fine with me...But the problem was COMMUNICATION!
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you like communication.
My friend bought a car from the same state and used someone else that I had been considering moving to when my contract was up. They had the vehicle moved within a few days and at a reasonable cost, and more importantly at the original quote!
More details fell free to contact me. If I can save one person from the grief they attempted to put on me it would make it worth while...

There was extensive communication, both emails and phone calls, with Mr. Bergen throughout his shipment challenge. I clearly explained to him before he booked his order that shipment of his vehicle, a Hummer H2, presented a challenge with regard to its size and weight and was more expensive to ship than other types of vehicles and would take longer to locate a carrier. Drivers don't like Hummers. Also, his destination location, Blaine, WA, does not see a lot of freight (especially during the winter). He understood the issues and we agreed to initially post his Hummer shipment at $1350 – this was on 1/7/08. He understood and agreed that we might have to increase the COD. There was ongoing communication between Mr. Bergen and our Customer Service representative. Mr. Bergen was aware of Central Dispatch posting and stated in an email that there were a couple of trucks listed at $1650. He authorized an increase in his COD of $100 and then $200. He stated in writing that he would gladly pay extra. It was finally dispatched, picked up and transported at the end of January. He stated in writing ‘good job’. As to his friend’s car that was moved within a few days – a car is not a Hummer!
