On January 27, 2012 I posted review about AAA All Star Discount Auto Transporters.
Never, never, never, never, never, never use this company and this broker, his name Paul Baldwin. Sweet promises, gave low price for delivery my car, charged $199 deposit, and every day I call him he say tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. But before he charged deposit he promised me 100 % to pick up the car before 01/24/12.
I lost $100 on storage fees, and started to look for another company. He called me with question, why I look for another company? I explained what every day, he is looking for driver I am losing money and can't wait when he find the driver for this price. Today, I received a call from his driver and he ask me $575, not including deposit $199 I already paid to Paul, instead $399 promised by Paul. Sure, I declined this offer. Be aware, he is lair, just want to get you deposit, and don't care about the shipping. When you try to discuss with him, he just hang up.

Broker replay with another lie. He says: What my car was dispatched and what I tried to renegotiate with driver for a lower rate then he gave to me. Broker gave me price $399, $199 deposit he charged my credit card, and $200 I supposed to pay to driver. When driver called he wanted $575 sure I refuse to pay this amount. I dispute this amount with my credit card, and got refund for deposit $199, and proker again applied $75. I have all bills and recorded all conversations with Paul. I will file complain against this company, to stop scam people.

Had driver for customer at quoted rate! When driver called to schedule pick up with customer, he tried to renegotiate rate, because another broker promised a better rate to him. So customer stories of storage fee woes, and tales of shipping woes all while arguing with us, the carrier, but mostly arguing with himself- screwed things up for him. We work very hard to ship every car and best prices available in the country, but honestly, when people try to interfere and play brokers against each other, the drivers see it and get annoyed and move on.
