I tried to use this company to ship a car from Maryland to California since they had a reasonable rate and meet my schedule and requirements. I notified them 2 weeks in advance of when I would have the car available and the no kidding date I needed the car picked up which gave them a 2 week window to work with. The days came and went and after constant contact with Frank (who I assume is the owners son), he basically told me with only 2 days left before I needed the car shipped that he had nothing and no trucks availalble and if I could do a better job than I should do it, so I did, and had the car shipped within 48 hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We attempted several times to reach out to Mr. Terry to rectify the situation for him unfortunately we were unable to accommodate Mr. Terry's timeline. Although we would like to point out we always specify in writing and verbally that we can't guarantee pick up dates. We were happy to see Mr. Terry was able to have his vehicle shipped even if it wasn't with us. We would also like to point out that Frank has no relation with any of the owners of this company however he is one of our oldest and most experienced dispatchers.
