A1A Auto Transport quoated me $1000.00. They had a truck to pick it up within a couple of days but as it turned out, the trailer was too small. This is where the issues started. Directly after this, communication from A1A was one sided. I had to constantly call them for updates. They continued to tell me that they had something but they needed to verify. They told me that they would call back, but never did. This has gone on for the last couple of weeks. I spoke with a different company and they said the issue may be that the quote is too small. When I origanally spoke with them, they said that if it cost more, they would make up the difference. When I brought it up, the guy I spoke too said he would check on it and give me a call back in 10 minutes. I waited an hour and then called them back to cancel. I never got to talk to John again and had to explain the situation everytime that I called. I would not be suprised if this company goes under. When the original driver verified he was going to pick it up, I paid the $150.00 deposite. They didn't charge it back without me asking for it.
