Some good, some bad

I "won" a car on Ebay and needed it shipped from Wisconsin to Washington. After doing some research I chose A-1, primarily because they said they could do the job in a timely manner, their price seemed comparable to everyone else's, and their "booking" agent seemed genuinely concerned about helping me. I booked with them around the 6-7th of March and was told that the car would be picked up within three to five days of the requested pick-up date (March 10th). Unfortunately, the woman in charge of actually coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs couldn't get anyone to pick the car up and bring it to Chicago (to a transport station). She told me on several occasions that she was trying and that she had had a few "bites," but after two and a half weeks I finally had to cancel our contract and hire someone else. I did recieve my money back in a timely manner. Overall, I think they bit off more than they could chew. They are friendly but will also keep you on hold for 15-20 minutes. If you don't have any time frames for getting your car and it's not coming from an obscure location, they may be worth a shot. The irony is that the second company I hired had the car picked up within five days of calling them and will deliver it to my house tomorrow (3/31st). Oh well.
