i have a vehicle 7' 3" in height and booked for pickup on 8/4/06. they call me today on 8/2/06 saying it won't fit in their enclosed truck. few thing went wrong in this transaction: person processing the pickup order doesn't know their own truck dimensions and not competent enough to make sure and confirm w/ driver of any possible problems w/ fitting a 7' 3" vehicle in their enclosed truck before promissing service.

i can't say what kind of service they will provide through delivery because it looks like they will not ship it. either they have a very low clearance enclosed trailer or they are not ready to loose a vehicle spot above or under mine. it is my understanding that vehicles are carried on hydraulic adjustable tracks inside the trailer and sounds to me that they will not do it. if loosing a spot was an issue... they should tell me what the adjusted price would be... but that never happened either.

A-1 might have great service, timely pick up and delivery which i can't rate in this review... but they are not honest in what they can and cannot do for you. for me that's a turn off and looks like i won't be using them in the future.
