THEY RUINED MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently had my 2000 Lexus shipped from Cleveland to Los Angeles. The move was booked with Specialty Mobile, who I also reviewed, and farmed out to A1 Auto Transport of Carson City, NV after "Specialty" couldn't find anyone else to move it.

It took 6 days for A1 to move the car from Clevleand to LA, where they left it at a lot for delivery to my house. Before the car was delivered, I received a warning phone call from the local towing company that the vehicle was "damaged." They were concerned I might yell at their driver.

The car arrived in a severely damaged conditions. There was a large dent and crush damage to the left rear bumper and quarter panel. Even worse, there were linear scratch marks that started on the plastic headlight lenses went up the hood, door panels, windw sills, driver and passenger mirrors, fenders, and finally stopped on the rear spoiler. It looks like the car ran was hit by a comet. There is undoubtedly several thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle.

There's no point in even trying to deal with these people. They didn't even have the decency to call and inform me of the damage. That said, I photographed the car and reported it to my insurance company. I am also forwarding pictures and a formal complaint to the Federal Highway Administration. I don't see how a company like this could be allowed to do buisness.

Bottom line, when you get a quote from A1 Auto Transport of Carson City, NV don't even bother reading it, just delete it. These guys are are the reason why movers get such a bad reputation.
