I dropped off my car at their Northbrook,IL terminal on 5/3/2005. It is now 5/31/2005 and it is still sitting in Northbrook, IL. I have asked them to just commit to pay for my car rental so I can rent a car so to work. They said that I can only do this by filing a claim when my car gets here. I do not even know if I will ever get my car at this point.

I started calling them around 5/17 and has been told that it will be picked up 24-48 hours after my call. I just called today, 2weeks later, and the car is still sitting in the terminal. Last Thursday, they said it will be picked up over the weekend, today they do not even when it will be picked up. Last week they said that their driver is in California. I asked if they only have one driver, they said 'Yes' for this route. I wish I had known this.

I am to start my job next week and have no way of getting there. I will have to call my lawyer. I already reported them to the better business bureau. I you had bad experience with this company please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so they do not do this to others. I claim that they have a good record, they are obviously lying.
