Failed to pick up vehicle

I contracted in January to have my son's truck shipped to be there when he got home from his tour in Afghanistan. I sent check for full amount to A1 and the pick up date came and went with no contact or word from A1 or any transport company. After 2 emails, 5 phone calls with no response, I contacted company masquerading as a new customer and the salesman Adam called me back. I explained my situation and he told me that due to increase in fuel costs, it would be a couple hundred dollars more to get a transport company to get it shipped. This is now 2 1/2 weeks past the date to deliver truck to my son returning from war. I agreed to increased costs to expedite getting the truck to my son, and Adam assured me he would contact transport company and get back to me ASAP. Three days have past, no contact from Adam, no response to phone calls. No one answers the phone, a recorded message tells you to leave a message. I am cancelling the contract (which I am sure will cost me most if not all of my money I stupidly sent by check in stead of using credit caard I could cancel), and getting a REPUTABLE company to ship the truck for me.
