Moving is already hectic enough, but when the auto shipper scrapes your mercedes convertible coming off the truck and you are there to witness the crime scene; it was torture. Then they told me that I had to go get 2 quotes. Funny thing is that I just moved, was working 80 hours a week at a new job, and had no idea where to take my car in a new town. Shouldn't this have been their responsibility.

As the terrible scraping noise happened when the car was coming off of the truck, the driver says they all do that. When I looked under the car, which only 5 weeks prior had a brand new bumper and paint job completed; the damage was appalling. I signed the recipt for the car, however I added that the car had bumper damage.

This was a terrible experience. Heartless!!!! And an annoying wife of the driver constantly calling my cell phone was too much!!!

This situation was never resolved and I received not a dime from this terrible company. I will never use this company again!!!!

We transported this vehicle over a year ago... April lived in a remote area of AZ and the transport rate was high. We were able to find her a location in Flagstaff to drop off her vehicle which was convenient to her and much less expensive....She was very appreciative...She received her vehicle within 5 days.... Had she communicated with us regarding the damage and her experience with the Carrier, we would have gotton involved and acted as her agent....She never called or made us aware of this situation until now....13 months later.
