I just want to thank you for the great service that A to Z Auto was able to provide me in getting my car from West Chester, PA to Houston, TX two weeks ago. My car was picked up and delivered within the timeframe that was communicated to me without any problems, and it arrived in Houston in the exact same shape as it was in West Chester. The driver, Jeremy, was very professional, polite, and courteous. He kept me informed throughout the process, and I felt very comfortable with him handling the shipment of the vehicle.

You may not remember, but I mentioned to you over the phone several weeks ago that I had tried coordinating this effort through another company a few months prior to hearing about A to Z. The previous experience was a bad one. The other company failed twice to pick up my car within the time windows that they had agreed to (once revised), ultimately leaving me with a wasted plane ticket to Houston where there would be no car to receive. In addition to being unreliable, they were also unprofessional. They did not seem to care at all whether or not my car was picked up or delivered.

Because of this prior experience, I feel obligated to commend you and your company for the way in which you conducted your business with me. I have come to realize in this day and age that good business practices should never be taken for granted. Therefore, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your quality service. Enough can never be said of the importance of employees who show care and concern towards customers. I thank both you and the dispatch/driver team for putting forth the extra effort that others do not. It is clear to me that A to Z hires only quality employees to ensure that they deliver a reliable service to their customers.

Please feel free to add me to your list of satisfied customers. I would recommend A to Z to anyone else looking to ship his or her vehicle. Should I ever again need assistance with shipping my car in the future, I will know to call A to Z Auto.
