Ongoing Communication With On Time Pick up and Delivery

Andrea was very responsive to my emails and the deal was bound quickly. After explaining
my situation and timeline, Andrea quoted what I thought was a reasonable price and
delivery timeframe. I was told the car would be picked up between May 8 and 10,
and delivered in 3-5 days. The car was picked up May 9 and delivered 5 days later.

I was called a couple of days before pickup and given estimated arrival times.
There was one problem XXXjust after the car was put on the trailer, something broke
down. The couple driving the truck were very nice and extremely apologetic. Fortunately
they were able to get the truck fixed the next day.

I was called the evening of May 13 and given a delivery window of 1:00-3:00 the
next day. I called the disapatcher the next morning and asked if they could deliver
to car to where I was babysitting instead of to my home (it was only 2 miles away),
and they said no problem. I was very happy they were able to accomodate me. My
car was delivered at 2:45.

Overall it was a good, no hassle experience with excellent communication.
