Dew was fantastic. She was concerned that I wouldn't get a driver right away and then called me back ten minutes later with a driver and pick-up time confirmed! It could not have been easier! The car was picked up the next day and delivered in fine shape across the country 9 days later. Overall, what I feared would be a hassle was essentially hassle-free. I have no intention of shipping a car again, but would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is. Just a note, if you have an option of when to ship your vehicle, go for when the gas price is seemingly at its lowest. My original price quoted a month before changed due to rising gas costs.
