Cross-country transport of my Jeep

A Plus shipped our Jeep from North Carolina to the bay area in California in an open transporter. The driver called us and arranged the pick-up right on schedule. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He thought it would take until the following Tuesday to get to the car's destination and asked us to ring him on the Monday to confirm. When we spoke on the Monday, he was already close to the Bay Area so we arranged to meet up that day meaning we got the car a day sooner than expected which was a bonus.

Not surprisingly, with the car having traveled 3,000 miles on an open trailer, the car was very dirty but that soon washed off. The car was undamaged. We saw no signs of dirt in the car, no scratches or dings A couple of days later the battery failed but that could well have been a coincidence. Certainly there was no sign of anything having been done to car to cause the problem.

I would certainly use A Plus again, if I needed to.
