Same story...had to book within 48 hours to get price...was told vehicle would be picked up from the dealer we purchsed the van from on a "Fri or Sat" of that week and delivered by the weekend..no calls and no show...called on Sat during advertised weekend hours..."Laura" tried to tell me she was just the answering service and didn't work for the company...the company was closed on Saturdays...."John" screams at me at tells me he's going to have "the law pick me up"....UNBELIEVABLE!!! We asked for a full refund of our $750....John says they are keeping $250. since they booked a shipper yet he wouldn't provide the shippers name or proof of insurance or the date and time!!! We all need to report them to the DOT and the states attorney office??? How about complaining to the FBA they say they are members of ....?????
