WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

I CONTACTED AEC ON JULY 14TH AFTER THE SELLER OF A VEHICLE I PURCHASED ADVISED ME THAT HE FOUND THEIR NUMBER IN HIS LOCAL YELLOW PAGES IN CT. HE STATED HE SPOKE TO LAURA WHO GAVE HIM A QUOTE AND STATED TO SPEAK TO HER THAT SHE WAS VERY NICE. WELL I DID, I MEAN MY TRANSACTION WITH THE SELLER WENT SO WELL I JUST COMFORTABLY CALLED AEC WITHOUT HESITATION. I WAS EAGER TO GET THE CAR HOME TO SURPRISE MY HUSBAND IN IRAQ.

AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING TO LAURA, SHE GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $960, WELL I GAVE HER MY BANK INFORMATION SINCE THEY DID NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS(1ST CLUE), BUT AFTER REVIEWING EMAILS THAT I RECEIVED FROM OTHER COMPANIES I FOUND A CHEAPER QUOTE AND FASTER DELIVERY AND CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH AN UNKOWN WOMAN AND ADVISED HER I WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THEIR SERVICES THAT I HAD A CHEAPER AND FASTER QUOTE. OH SHE WAS VERY KIND TO SAY WE CAN ALSO CHARGE YOU $930 AND PICK THE CAR UP TOMORROW, SO I AGREED! WELL MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THE PICKUP, THE DELIVERY TIME WAS NOT A GREAT ISSUE, SINCE IT WAS ANOTHER MONTH BEFORE MY HUSBAND WOULD ARRIVE. AND TO THINK ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS JUST CONTACT ME AND STATED WE HAVE YOUR VEHICLE AND WHEN ARE YOU LOOKING FOR DELIVERY. BUT LAURA OPENED HER MOUTH AND SAID IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS AND THATS WHAT I EXPECTED. SO I GAVE THEM 14 DAYS AND CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN JUAN(WHO REGARDLESS OF WHAT EVERYONE ELSES ATTITUDE IN HIS OFFICE REMAINS POLITE), WHO STATED THE CARRIER HAD AXEL PROBLEMS AND IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO FIX TRUCK, SO I THINK OK THINGS HAPPEN. WELL ANOTHER WEEK PASSES, NO PHONE CALLS NOTHING. SO I CALL BACK, GIVE MY INVOICE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL PICK IT UP THIS THURSDAY. WELL THAT WAS A TUESDAY WHEN I CALLED AND OF COURSE THAT THURSDAY TURNED INTO THE NEXT THURSDAY. NOW I'M SICK TO MY STOMACH CAUSE I PURCHASED A CLASSIC VEHICLE WITH A CONVERTIBLE TOP THAT WAS GARAGE KEPT, AND IT'S NOW IN THESE PEOPLE HANDS. SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER, SO WHO DO I GET "JOHN" OR SHALL I SAY GREG, WHO WAS RUDE OFF THE TOP. LISTEN LADY YOUR CAR WILL GET THERE WHEN IT GETS THERE, I STATED THAT I WAS ONLY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A DAY, TIME WEEK, HECK AT THIS POINT YEAR. I WAS PUTTING OFF A VACATION WITH MY CHILDREN BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID THE CAR WOULD ARRIVE WHILE WE WERE GONE. WELL HE BASICALLY TOLD ME WHERE I COULD PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT WANTING TO KNOW INFORMATION AND IF I DID NOT LIKE IT I COULD CANCEL, PAY $250 FOR CANCELLING, AND WHATEVER FEES HE DECIDED TO TACK ON AND NOT GET A DIME. THEN HE STATED YOU DECIDE AND DISCONNECTED!

WOW!!!!! WELL THANK GOD THAT I AM FAITHFUL IN GOD AND THE SELLER LOCATED THE VEHICLE AND I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY DELIVER THE VEHICLE. WHICH ONLY TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO DO AFTER I CONTACTED THEM IN A COVERED CARRIER MIGHT I ADD. I HAVE CALLED AEC SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AND AFTER THE DELIVERY OF MY VEHICLE AND EACH TIME I GIVE MY NAME OR INVOICE NUMBER THEY DISCONNECT. SO I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT SEVERAL SOURCES TO GET MY MONIES BACK.

ALL I WANT IS A FULL REFUND!!!!!!

BUT AEC KNOW THAT I AM PATIENT, AND GOD LOOKS OUT FOR HIS CHILDREN. I PRAY THAT FOR YOU GREG AND YOUR WIFE MARGURETE, AND THE OTHER WORKERS IN YOUR ESTABLISHEMENT. CAUSE NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING NOT ONLY TO HARD WORKING CONSUMERS IN THIS TIME OF A POOR ECONOMY, BUT TO FAITH FILLED CHRISTIANS!
