This company, based on their fraudulent tactics, should be shut down immediately. I authorized a pre payment of $850.00 to pay in full, as they required for the transport of a vehicle on 4/20/09. The vehicle was to be transported on 4/22 or 2/ 23/09. They did not pick up, as of 4/24/ 09 and could not provide a pick up date...now that they had their payment in full. I called their customer service, and the idiot I talked to did nothing but argue with me, and threaten to prosecute.... that's a good one...they stole $850.00 from me, and now they are going to prosecute. I told them I would be entering a dispute with my bank to recover the funds. They now, have taken another debit of $850.00....a total of $1700.00 from my bank account, without any authorization. I know my bank will reverse this, but how many times will they do this? These people are theives...it's that simple. My intentions are to prosecute to the fullest extent.
