I can't spend too much time writing my lengthy complaint, but I can tell you I would sue if it wasn't too time consuming.
Car was picked up weeks after it was available, only to miss the arrival due date. I wasted hundreds of dollars on cabs and public transportation getting by while they took their sweet ass time getting my car out. Then I had to pick up my car 1.5 hours away from my home unless I wanted to wait another week. They got my money and refuse to refund anything, even though they clearly did not do everything they were supposed to.
I also *heard* from hauling insiders that they are a joke in the industry, deliquent on paying their drivers. Turns out that my story is identical to one on ripoffreport.com.
I promise you will regret working with these criminals.
