I was put in a bad situation, going to another Vendor to have my daughter's car moved. They promised no guarantee on a time the car would be picked up, which is understandable. But the car needed to be picked up by today. They still hadn't booked it. We waited 5 weeks.
I called and spoke to Jim today in a panic, because we must be in California 7-3-05. And must have the car there by the 17th. Althought there were NO guarantee's given by Jim, his patience and kindness made me choose him. He was caring, kind, helpful, and sincere. He has put my mind at ease (somewhat). I still have people calling me back with quotes, but I have booked with you because of Jim.
Please let the Powers that be know what a valuable asset Jim is to your organization. And give him the praise he deserves. Thank you!
