I wish I would have seen these reviews before paying A AAAdvantage. It has now been 5 weeks since they scheduled a pickup and guess what? They have yet to pick up the vehicle. I call customer service everyday and get the runaround every day. Every time they promise a pickup tomorrow. By the way, they subcontract most of their shipping despite their overt advertizing of their "company owned fleet." And the contractors are absolutely incompetent.
I am probably going to have to take them to court to get a refund.
Please stay away from this company.
Also. They will use the email that you gave them on your order to send you SPAM! After receiveing the first SPAM message I called them and they said, "Well you're the first person to ever complain!" That's because they send the SPAM anonymously and I was probably one of the first customers to call them on it! I knew it was them becuase they were the one and only company I ever gave my email address to.
