They damaged my car and never fixed it.

I contacted this company to move my car from California to Maryland. Everything was going well until I got my car in Maryland with two dents in the top. I was told to contact the claims manager and did so. I provided him with pictures and two quotes for repair, as I was instructed to do.

From that point on, no contact I initiated was answered. I tried with e-mails and with phone calls. This went on for several months, until I finally had to contact a lawyer. However, when I did this, I was told that there is a three month time limit on claims and that this time limit was over. I explained that I had already contacted the company and submitted a claim, but was told that when the attorney contacted the company, there was no claim filed.

The attorney said what this company did to me was normal. Company's like this would give a customer the "run around", his words, until the claim period expired and then the customer was "on his/her own" to repair the damage(s) caused.

I had to fix my car out of my own pocket.

Steer clear of this company...they will take your money, damage your car and ignore you!
