Just wanted to let you know that the car has been transported from Edmond to Davidson. The experience was a good one and I'll recommend your company to all my daughter's college friends.
I would like you to know that the driver, Dale Conner was such a sweet man. However, I must say that he wasn't prepared at all for findng "our address" or the "dropoff address". This problem was solved with multiple phone calls back and forth. This was not a problem for me as I happened to be home the day he called several times. However, I can see where some customers might not be happy with this process, it was very time consuming. Just thought you might want to know this. Thanks again!
