Recently, we made a decision to get a car from Florida to a family member in Boise, Idaho. Through the internet we looked at over 20 different auto transport companies, including A AAAdvantage Auto Transport, and requested quotes from many. What we learned was that A AAAdvantage was not least expensive, but the consumer reviews plus the company profile really got our attention. We called A AAAdvantage and got TJ who was extremely attentive and efficient. The day I called, he faxed to me a quote, insurance certificate, and the ICC number with a ton of additional information.
The following week we phoned TJ to let him know we wanted A AAAdvantage Auto's services. We faxed the paperwork to TJ on Monday, March 7th. The car was picked up the next morning, and on March 14th was delivered in Idaho in perfect shape. Seven days from order placement to delivery 2,500 miles away in winter! There could not possibly been a better customer experience, which was beyond our most hopeful expectation!
We would recommend A AAAdvantage to anyone requiring and auto shipment. They put new meaning to the word excellence!
