ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I contacted this company in early Jun about a month before my desired pickup date. After my initial inquiry, I was enticed the next day by an airline discount coupon (that never came) by Ed the salesman to consummate the deal. So I paid in full with a credit card and it was all downhill from there.

To make a long story short, a month elapsed and AAA Advantage didn't even have a carrier lined up to pick up and ship my vehicle. After waiting on hold forever, my first inquiry was met with a "we're still trying to work it" answer. Ditto for the second inquiry a few days later. Finally, exasperated that a shipper wasn't even lined up after a month, I asked for a manager to contact me. No one ever did. So I asked for a refund and after further consideration I had my very good credit card company reverse the charges. Think I was going to wait for AAA Advantage to do so?

To their credit, AAA did send the refund to my account. However, they had the audacity to deduct/keep $50 from the amount I paid. Needless to say, I was absolutely furious. I incurred extra car rental expenses because of their incompetence and further inconvenienced my family with the whole ordeal. So I sent an e-mail two weeks ago addressed for management level attention seeking the refund of the last $50. Guess what--after a follow up e-mail titled "Is Anyone Going To Even Reply" I haven't heard anything from this company!

Do yourself a huge favor: Read the reviews on this site and look at the common themes that emerge on this and other companies and select your carrier based on that info. I wish I had stumbled across this site before I tried to do business with this company but this was my first car shipment. Caveat emptor here! Good luck.
