Could not be happier with the entire experience. First inquiry calls were answered promptly & courteously and everything went very smoothly throughout the whole process. The pickup and final delivery were right on time and were preceded by phone calls to alert me prior to arrival. The drivers at both ends of the trip were pleasant & competent. The condition of the car was perfect and was surprisingly clean after its open carrier cross country trip. Whenever I had a question and called Ian, I was easily able to reach him and got prompt, accurate answers. I shall unhesitantly call Ian for future needs and shall comfortably recommend Ian and A-AAA Auto Transport to others who have the need.
