this was the worst service I have ever experienced. they lied thru the process, late to pick up(with 3 weeks notice), late to deliver, then had the nerve to demand an extra $200 fee before they delivered the car(I found out this the day before delivery). I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. When I mentioned all the problems they caused me with my relocation and suggested that they should give me a discount, Isaac laughed and said he thought that I had created all these problems for him and a discount was rediculous. Instead 3 days later I was charged an additional $200. I either had to pay it or pay a daily storage charge. I did get a letter offering $200 off my next transport. Yeah, right!
