Really bad business practice - would never use them

Initial contact with A-A Auto Transport was standard - they sent a 4 page contract by email and said signed contract and deposit was required before shipment. We had not even reviewed the contract or confirmed the agreement or sent the deposit when 2 DAYS LATER someone showed up to pickup our car. What a surprise. We told the driver, who was very polite and not at fault, that we did not have a contract and we were not sending the car with him. Can you imagine sending your car away with some unknown person without a contract in place? What would happen if it was damaged or just never showed up again? It would be a nightmare of liabilities.

Debra from A-A Transport called us right away and attempted to intimidate us by telling us we had a 'verbal' agreement, which is FALSE. She wanted to know why we couldn't release our car, was it in maintenance or something? We NEVER gave her a timeframe for pickup - she acted completely on her own schedule for her own convenience without any conversation with us. We will never do business companies like this.
