I transported my car from Fort Myers, Florida until Mississauga, Ontario. Initial customer service was okay, and car arrived ahead of schedule in 9 days. When I picked up the car, the drivers side power window was broken with evidence of forced entry. Upon calling A A Auto Transport they told me that there was nothing they could do. This guy named Selwyn then proceeded to justify why the company couldn't insure anything else other than the body. In other words your car could arrive WITH A TRASHED INTERIOR WITHOUT ANY WINDOWS AND TIRES/RIMS, and they wouldn't be responsible. Seems pretty ridiculous to me.
So once again, if you want your car to arrive relatively in one piece STAY AWAY!!
