Great Customer Service

I interviewed a lot of companies and picked 7 Star. I couldn't be happier with Jerry C., my customer service contact person. He kept me informed and up-to-date on what was going on with my car. He answered all of my calls right away unless I had to leave a voice mail and he got right back to me. He is super efficient and did exactly what he said he would do and walked me through the process. His manager, Mike, was also prompt with his calls.

My only complaint was not on 7-Star's end. It was with the carrier who was to deliver my car on Thursday and I didn't receive my car until the following Wednesday. Jerry and Mike called and got put on hold several times so I called them myself and got the same treatment.

I would not hesitate to use 7-Star or recommend them but not use the carrier in this particular case.

My car is here and looks good and is running fine. All is well.
