Attempted to change the agreed upon rate, stating that the transporter requested more, and they would split the difference with me. The transporter only request the original rate. Then I get constant e-mails and phone calls asking me to review them.

UNFAIR REVIEW - Do to extremely hard conditions at the time of transport option to split the move into two carriers instead of one was given to customer to avoid waiting for better weather conditions, the use of two carriers required a small additional fee. However, the transport was completed with One carrier and no extra fee was required.
