I was nervous about shipping my car across the company, but took a shot with 7 Star and quite pleased with the service and execution. After giving my credit card and feeling a bit vulnerable, Minor and his team did a great job consistently communicating each step of the way. There was a mild disconnect with the independent trucker, but 7 Star stood up and made it all right with me. I picked them off the internet somewhat at random...but genuinely a fortunate pick of a company with service and integrity. Timely. Communicative. Polite. Thx Minor!
