Never found a driver and troubles to get back the deposit

I asked this company to transport my van from east to west coats, so they gave me the price, promised to find a driver within a week so we signed the shipping order, however after 2 weeks, they said that vehicle is too big and were asking for more money. So I canceled the shipping order after 10 business days from the first available pick up date, and then had to urge them couple of times to get the deposit of $250 back which I finally received after 4 weeks. I chose this company as my friends were lucky and have good experience with them but I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends !!!

Very difficult vehicle to move. 2006 Dodge Sprinter Cargo xlt, Overall Length 263 in, Overall Width 76.1 in, Overall Height 103.6 in, Rear Load Height 28 in. No carrier was available for this huge vehicle, Only specialized flat bed haulers which customer was not willing to pay. After 10 days as required on contract and customer, FULL refund was made. If 7 Star cannot find a carrier, deposit is refunded by our MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
