UNFAIR REVIEW - BRUCE JACKSON is trying to avoid payment on his transport. He called and threatened us, that if we did not lower his tariff(after service was completed) he would post negative reviews. His vehicle was transported ON-TIME, delivered according to our agreement, in perfect condition and carrier even washed his vehicle before delivery. AS OF TODAY, BRUCE JACKSON has not paid for his transport. You can call the carrier and confirm that this customer "BRUCE JACKSON" is posting FALSE INFORMATION about us to avoid payment of his transport. Bruce Jackson require from us to find a driver under certain conditions. The car needed to be picked up anytime on/after 07/25/2012 but IT CANNOT BE DELIVERED BEFORE 08/6/2012. The car was picked up on 07/27/2012 and it was delivered 08/07/2012. The carrier company washed the car and delivered the car to this person, he NEVER PAID THE BALANCE OF $800.00 to the driver just because the location was not adequate for an 18 wheel truck. The driver called at 7pm for Bruce Jackson to pick up the car near the area he lives in since the truck could not get through that place, he promised the driver he will send the check next morning and now the carrier company "Timex Transportion Inc - 908-355-7828" where you can call and confirm this robbery is still waiting for the payment. We never broke the agreement and we never kept the car, the car was delivered on time, by federal law the carrier company has 3 day window since we all consider road conditions, traffic, weather etc, as an inconvenience. The Person stating in the review that we are a bad company is posting LIES which is also a felony in any state. When the client/person divulgates false information its also called defamation. The carrier company has a collection company working on this, and on a desperate measures requires desperate actions, maybe this person does not have money and he thinks the transportation is for free.
