I called on Saturday trying to set up a pick up in the following week . It was a rushed decision. They told me they could send someone on Monday. I told them that I need it after Wednesday and they said OK. I then called back on Monday and told them in the morning that they can pick up the car. They send someone to me that afternoon. I was calling back and fort with them, changing request and didn't have a phone made it much harder, but they were very patient and nice and help me with all the set-up. The car was pick up right on time.
Then I went to a new city and they delivered the car on Wednesday, which was the day of my choice, even when they could have the car delivered sooner. It was very convenient for me. Everything went smoothly and nothing was damaged to the car. The whole process were a breeze.
The driver did charged me $100 because my car was packed full in the trunk even when the inside of my car was empty, but he told me I were not allowed to pack the trunk over 100 lb. and I didn't have an option to unpack it so I paid the fee. One other small drawn back was that I have to drive the car to a meeting place to meet the driver and then again when pick-up the car. The driver cannot drive into the city. Luckily both places were within the same cities so I didn't have to go anywhere far away.
All in all, it was a great decision to go with this company and I was very satisfied so I give the company full star. I would definitely use this company again if I need to.
