My first mistake was in talking w/the broker Anthony, he said they would pick up on a specific day, which did not happen and trying to get them to arrange a time for pick up was terrible. I will say the driver that dropped the vehicle off was attentive, and kind and very nice.

I moved across country and that alone creates issues. I was working w/my employees and I decided to put my 32" flat screen behind the seat of my single cab truck and asked my employees to put the laptop under the seat. When I picked up the vehicle the TV was gone and so was the laptop. Come to find out my employees had put the laptop in the last empty box that I drove across country so that showed up. Thank goodness, the driver that dropped the vehicle off in NC said that there was nothing behind the seat, being a single cab it made sitting behind the wheel difficult if you were a big person and he was so he would have known. The man that picked up the vehicle was smaller and had no trouble moving the vehicle, so seems to me the TV was taken when the vehicle sat in their yard in Tujunga.

I was given the number of Nick and was told he was a manager. I told him TV and computer gone, he said he would check the camera's and call me back which he did not do. I called him back to say I found the laptop, and left a message, I called again and asked about the camera and Nick started YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME A LIAR. I sent a letter to the DOT and will file a police report.
