You won't meet a friendlier customer service rep. Upfront and honest, these both rank very high on my list. He tells you where your at on the list and from knowledge can tell you when you can expect your car to move. Costs were slightly higher than I anticipated overall, but it would of been so no matter what broker I went with, probably even more with another broker. Thanks Gilbert, your the man!
